Policies

We make each and every order individually for you and your family. All items are inspected before going out to ensure you get the best quality merchandise. As we make our items once an order has been placed, our current turn around time is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges at this time. Items are created once your order is placed, and sometimes items may be purchased specifically for your order, etc. Please ask any questions prior to placing an order, and we will make sure you have all of the information you need prior to placing and order. If your item is damaged due to production error, please contact us and we will do our best to fix it.

 

Designs: We design a lot of the items for our shop only. Therefore, these designs cannot be purchased in other shops, and are exclusive to PPC.

 

Bleaching/Distressing/Crop Tops/Fringed Shirts: Each of these things are done by us, not in a factory. Because of this no two shirts will look exactly alike. With bleaching, two shirts of the same color and brand may turn different colors, as each one bleaches differently and we have no way to control this. For example, if two black shirts of the same brand are both bleached, one may turn white while the other may turn an orangish color. This is out of our control and sometimes nothing we do can make them look exactly the same. By purchasing a bleached shirt you are agreeing that you understand this and are okay with the possible outcomes.

 

Bleaching/Washing Shirts: When doing the process of bleaching, we wash the tees to ensure we get all of the bleach out of them. Due to this, we recommend that everyone wash their shirts once receiving them, to avoid any reactions to our detergent that we use, in case of situations of skin sensitivities or allergies. We use gain original liquid detergent, if this is an issue for you, please let us know and we can try to figure out a solution that works for both us and you. 

 

Shipping: We ship all packages under 16oz via USPS First Class with tracking. Your cost of shipping includes all handling fees, as well as insurance is added to your package to ensure it is covered in the event that it is damaged or lost in transit. There is also an option to upgrade to priority shipping for all packages at checkout, again this cost including all handling fees, as well as we will add extra insurance if your order total exceeds the $100 automatically added to priority packages. If you would like us to ship priority mail express, UPS, or FedEx, please email us prior to checking out so that we can provide you with more information on how to do this.

Tracking will be provided for all orders. Once tracking has been given to the customer, we are unable to control how quickly your item gets to you. If you have any issues with your package not arriving, you mail email us so that we can file a claim on your behalf, so that we can get a refund or replacement to you ASAP.

 

Paisley Pineapple Creations is not responsible for any pricing errors or glitches on the website. In event of an error occurring in the price, shipping, or with a discount code, we may refund or send an invoice for the difference in price.

In the event your size/color selected is not available in Bella & Canvas brand (which we typically use), we will email you about substituting your shirt for another brand of equivalent quality.**
